2. Video Evidence Required: The buyer must provide video evidence of the parcel being opened. This video must be shared with us on the same day the product is delivered.
3. Same-Day Submission: Failing to submit the video evidence within the same day of delivery will result in the rejection of the return, exchange, and refund request. No exceptions will be made.
4. Verification Period: We will take 24 to 48 hours to verify the evidence and process your request.

Refund Process:

1. Eligibility and Acceptance: Refunds will only be processed if the return request is eligible and accepted by us after verification.
2. Refund Timeline: Once the return request is approved, refunds will be processed to the same payment source within 7 to 14 working days.
